Q: Do you supply payment systems.
A: We supply new equipment and can normally offer next day delivery if required. All new products come with a full manufacture warranty.
A: We normally operate on 3-5 working days. If you need something urgently, please call us first and we will try and return the unit on the same day or you could always pop in.
Q: Do you offer collection/delivery service to save using courier.
A: We have our own driver/van collection routes that are normally same day each week. If you are close to one of these routes, we do not charge for this service.
Q: What if I need technical support.
A: We offer free telephone or email technical support to all our customers on the products we repair or sell. Telephone support is available during normal workday times. Outside these times you can also emails us or submit a request via our contacts page, and we will reply ASAP.
Q: Do you accept payment by card if I am a new customer.
A: In order to protect your security, we do not accept card payments, the most secure form of payment is via your online banking and sending a BACS or money transfer or you can still send us a cheque.
